1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged simply due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns or replacements if an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the damage or defect

After reviewing your claim, we may approve a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that all claims are subject to verification.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue promptly.

4. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or error on our part:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Responsibility
